The Soros Foundation–Kazakhstan

“ON THE MAIN MENU: THREE-LETTER AGENCIES TOPPED WITH SOROS SAUCE, FOR THREE PENNIES”

Anar Kairbekova, a former employee of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan known for her corruption investigations, said that the KNB should examine the role of foreign NGOs and a number of officials in Kazakhstan’s “Gazomaidan”.
“Of course, the incompetence of the current government drove people to despair. However, I am certain that the calls for a mass uprising, which protesters made suddenly (!) and simultaneously (?) in all regions of the country, bear a foreign trace. The KNB of the RK needs to inspect the branches of American foundations in Kazakhstan: the Soros Foundation–Kazakhstan, the National Endowment for Democracy – NED, and the National Democratic Institute – NDI.”

Kairbekova also notes that a number of senior officials have worked closely with foreign NGOs .and that it is now necessary to assess their role in the recent events and to determine whether they contributed to the riots or to the disorganisation of the work of the police and the army. For example, Kairbekova says: “Galym Argyngaziev, an employee of the Security Council, studied at the School of Political Education financed by the United States, whose leadership included representatives of the American and British intelligence services. From Kyrgyzstan – A. Turdykulov, from Georgia – D. Berdzeneshvili, from Ukraine – former Interior Minister Yu. Lutsenko. Azattyk and Education Minister Askhat Aimagambetov — a series of organisers of protests and coups.”

Kairbekova also draws attention to the improper role of a number of officials in what happened: “A special department headed by General Nurgali Bilisbekov is responsible for preventing such events. But he has taken no responsibility, while others are being dismissed,” she said. She recalled that Bilisbekov’s name had previously appeared in the press in connection with the possible cover-up of corruption cases at the Ministry of Education, since his sister Gulzhan Sugirbayev had been appointed rector of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University by Education Minister Aimagambetov. The university owed this to the general and the minister, bypassing any competition. This year, information emerged about a photograph in which Minister Aimagambetov was caught with CIA Director William Burns. It is also known that the future minister studied at the School of Political Education, financed by the United States and Great Britain and known as the School of Foreign Agents. Documents were published showing that Aimagambetov received large sums from the Soros Foundation under dubious pretexts … She also said that the KNB had not reacted to any of these facts.

The role played by the Ministry of Education in aggravating the social situation in Kazakhstan is also being recalled. Kairbekova says: “The tragedy became possible because many young people were literally thrown out onto the street. The Ministry of Education closed a large number of universities it considered weak, but the problem of the students was not solved. As a result, many young people, used by provocateurs and criminals, have now poured into the streets.” She said that the big questions concern Aimagambetov’s behaviour on the eve of the riots. In the last days of December he took sick leave. The ministry claimed that he had been diagnosed with covid, yet the minister himself was seen moving freely around the capital and later leaving for an unknown destination. Had he somehow known in advance about the coming events, this would have been the best decision.

Kairbekova calls on the KNB to examine these facts in order to understand: who made the tragic events of recent days possible?

It is also clear which countries sponsored the information campaign about the protests in Kazakhstan.

Here you go! Now let us look at the details of the murky unknown hidden beneath the sauce.

Good money is paid for spreading all the content about the number of protesters, the number of victims and the naming of events — in other words, everything within the scope of the “popular protest” — and in tirink, cash on the nail, CASH (up front). They even added the broth and dipped their bread in it.

A Telegram channel that makes money no object and pays out in “PUL” reports that the information campaign on social networks and WhatsApp about the protests in Kazakhstan was supported by the Baltic States, Poland and Ukraine.

It is known that the public pages and channels that appeared on the evening of 1 January were confirmed to have been created mainly in the Baltic countries and by Poles.

It has also become clear that payment for publishing the posts and content details was transferred from accounts of these countries in the euro zone. The comments containing messages of support to the Kazakh people meaning “the price of gas has gone up, but we will send you gassy cash straight to your pocket, tirink”, as well as the attacks and spam bots, are also coming from the territory of Ukraine.
