The Antalya Food Safety Action Board has given the “White Flag” award to the Rixos Premium Hotel, which operates in the town of Belek in the Serik district.
At the meeting of the Antalya Food Safety Action Board held on 29 September 2011, it was deemed worthy of the award by officials of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, the Department of Food Engineering of Akdeniz University, the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality. Stating that they work to achieve the highest standards in food safety, Rixos Premium Belek Hotel General Manager Tansel Tercan said: “As with the other structural elements, we have never compromised on safety and hygiene in food either. We received this award by carrying out the necessary infrastructure work for this and also ensuring the continuity of staff training. I am proud of my team.”
