Dedeman Hospitality has announced the appointment of Prof. Dr. Tansel Tercan as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a hotel career spanning more than thirty years, Tercan is known for his international experience and his work in team development and guest experience. Shortly before, on 5 January 2026, he had announced his departure from his general manager post at Rixos.
The company described the appointment as a strategic step that will advance its people-oriented service approach and operational strength. Tercan is expected to contribute to the group’s growth and efficiency goals and to strengthen the brand’s hospitality heritage on a global scale. In the new period the group will work under the mission “Let every experience turn into a memory”.
