Rixos President Astana, in the capital of Kazakhstan, was presented with the “Best Service Hotel” honorary award at a reception held at the hotel on 29 November 2024 to mark the National Day of Palestine. The award was handed over by Dr. Abu Zeid Montaser, Ambassador of Palestine to Kazakhstan.
Tansel Tercan, General Manager of Rixos President Astana, said they were honoured to receive the award and thanked the ambassador. Tercan stressed that the achievement belonged not to one individual but to the joint effort of the whole team working at the hotel, crediting the award to his colleagues’ dedication.
