Prof. Nevzat Tarhan, Founding Rector of Üsküdar University, spoke about the problems of the family institution and feminist movements at a round-table meeting held at a family research centre in Astana. That evening Dr. Nurfer Tercan attended the dinner given in Tarhan’s honour together with her husband Tansel Tercan, General Manager of Rixos President Astana.
Tarhan’s book “Psychology of Values and the Human – The Good Person Model” came out in Russian among the publications of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University; it became the author’s first book translated into Russian. According to the university’s announcement, Tarhan thanked Dr. Nurfer Tercan and Dr. Tansel Tercan for their contributions to the publication.
