Dedeman Hospitality has signed a strategic partnership agreement in Astana with Kazakhstan-based Smart Strategies and Development (SSD). The document was signed by Dedeman Hospitality Board Member Banu Dedeman and SSD Chairman of the Board Arslan Bissembayev. The cooperation covers hotel development, brand management, operations, franchising, technical services and accommodation investments in Central Asia, the EMEA region, the Turkic States, Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
Dedeman Hospitality COO Tansel Tercan stated that the partnership brings together international expertise, current approaches to hospitality asset management and experience of working with global hotel brands. According to Tercan, the agreement targets joint projects in hotel investments and operations management in these regions and is an important step in expanding the group’s international presence.
