Dedeman Hospitality is preparing a hotel investment in the city centre of Erzincan that will operate under the Rest & More by Dedeman brand. Planned with forty rooms and to be run on a bed-and-breakfast concept, the property is targeted to open at the end of 2026. The project’s owners include DEKMAK Turizm Yatırım ve Yönetim A.Ş. and QSA Turizm Ltd. Şti.
Dedeman Hospitality COO Tansel Tercan visited the project site, carried out inspections and met with the investors. Tercan said they believe this cooperation will add value both to Erzincan and to the sector. Chairman of the Board Ergün Demiray stated that the aim is to offer an accommodation model suited to the city’s needs.
